If you are a highly motivated and experienced tax professional that has excellent communication skills, we need you to help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will accelerate our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World” by providing expert guidance and support to our customers as they navigate the TurboTax Live experience. You will play an important role in enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.

What you'll bring
Minimum of 3+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience utilizing professional tax preparation software
Minimum of 125 tax returns prepared per tax season for the last 3 years
Experience preparing and filing end-to-end customer personal returns consisting of a variety of topics, including employment, self-employment, rental, investments, T1135, foreign income, and all credits/deductions
Have a current and active CRA RepID (representative identifier) to allow your use of the CRA Represent a Client service
Working knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts
Superior critical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly technical and comfortable with Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms, as well as G-suite applications (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
Flexibility in availability and scheduling
Strong customer service and customer experience acumen
Knowledge/experience preparing Quebec Tax (TP1) returns is considered an asset
Bilingual proficiency (English and French + read, write, speak) is considered a strong asset
Experience providing support in a contact center environment is considered an asset
This is a remote role; no travel is required

The expected base pay range for this position is PEI $20.30/hour - $25.50/hour, BC $20.30/hour - $25.50/hour, Nova Scotia $20.30/hour - $25.50/hour This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits) (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) . How you will lead
Provide tax guidance for personal tax returns in a remote, seasonal, and customer facing position
Collaborate with customers to prepare and/or review their tax return to ensure accuracy and compliance by providing tax guidance and/or tax preparation services
Research and troubleshoot tax and technical questions while communicating directly with customers in order to answer specific tax or technical questions (written and oral)
Provide a Full Service experience to prepare, review, and file customer returns with the CRA and/or assist customers via tax advice and guidance on required documents as they prepare their own tax return
Research tax regulations to provide accurate advice on how to maximize customers’ tax returns
Create high quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy and your in-depth tax knowledge and expertise
Proactively seek out and deliver the right answer for each customer by utilizing government websites, professional resources, and team expertise and translating that information into everyday language for customers
