Description
A boutique public entity defense firm in Woodland Hils is looking for a 3+ year Litigation Attorney to join their growing team! This is a hybrid role - 3 days on site, 2 days work from home.
Responsibilities of Role:
3 – 7 year civil litigation attorney who can work autonomously under the supervision of managing partners
Manage 30+ case load of primarily public entity defense matters
Discovery
Pleadings
Summarizing of medical records
Report writing
Court appearances
Taking and defending depositions
2nd chair trials with an opportunity to take trials on their own down the road
Requirements:
3 – 7 year civil litigation background
Strong legal writer

Salary: $180K - $250K + annual discretionary bonus
