Advanced Rubber Products partners with OEMs to develop and produce custom molded elastomer components for technical applications. Our philosophy is to perform as an extension of your operations in order to assist you in meeting your cost, quality and delivery goals.
We produce custom components for many different applications, but have specialized expertise in silicone components for high-voltage equipment used in utility and industrial applications, and in rubber components for respiratory masks used in military, aviation and firefighting applications.
We are currently seeking Production Operator / Molder to complete our third Shift team.
Job Description: -Operate all presses on the production floor. -Complete individual daily production reports and job routing information. -Complete Quality Statistical Data reports as required. -Produce quality parts and maintain 100% uptime and 100% of standard. -Documentation is completed without errors and before the end of the Shift. -Required statistical data is maintained and recorded on time and is current by verification at any time during the day. -Take direction from the shift supervisor and production manager. -Maintain communication with the supervisor about any problems you may encounter. -Inspect parts for quality defects such as trapped air or contamination. -There are Zero rejects due to failure to check parts during a run. -Required statistical data is maintained and recorded on time and is current by verification at any time during the day. -Always maintain a safe work environment. Always wear the proper PPE (personal protective equipment) like protective eyewear, high temp sleeves, etc. -Follow all press procedures for safe operation. -Our goal is zero lost time accidents.

Wages: $16.25/hour - $17.50/hour depending on skills, experience and shift
This is a Temporary to Hire position. A new hire will begin working through a Temp agency. Generally, after 90 days on the job, the employee is hired full-time by Advanced Rubber Products.
