Description:
Report to the Front Office Manager and communicate all issues related to guest service and hotel operations.
Provide functional support and guidance to all departments.
Cooperate and coordinate with other hotel departments as required.
Respond to situations to ensure that guests are received in a timely and courteous manner and receive full attention and attention.
Respond to guest needs and solve problems.
Supervise and guide the reception work and reservation work.
Provide support and assistance to Front Office staff and all other departments during peak periods.
Ensure special care for VIPs and Hyatt Land members.
Check the cleanliness of the first and second line departments regularly.
Supervise staff conduct, uniform wearing, hygiene and appearance.
Provision of information for Front Office meetings.
Check checkout instructions and monitor guest credit status.
Analyze room rate variance reports to ensure control of room revenue.
